Raphael Roche

Chief Strategy & Transformation Director

Raphael has worked over a 2 years on Ethereum Blockchain with a leading North American bank and insurer with related work in Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence and his Public Sector clients have included DEFRA and UK Gov Postcomm. He performs strategy definition, business architecture, functional analysis and transformation strategy as well as combining Blockchain with IoT and AI business architectures. Recently involved in envisioning, concept development and architectural design of a European Blockchain Engine with tie-ins into IoT and Artificial Intelligence.

 

Excels at creating broad programme and holistic and sustainable organisation-wide architectural designs and operating models and outcomes that meet diverse and even apparently conflicting stakeholder requirements. Raphael has 30 years dedicated transformation consultancy experience (not BAU), with skills needed to ensure successful tech led transformation up to £83M budgets, at the granular level,  including – BPR, CRM, design of Business/Organisational Architecture, Target Operating Models, Business Model evolution, Staff Change Management and UX Design. Raphael has performed a spectrum of roles including Interim Operations Director, Programme Manager (up to £10M), Lead Business Architect, CRM Strategy Consultant, Lead BPR Consultant and Lead Change Management Consultant and Lead Business Analyst.

 

Other clients have included Siemens, Bovis, Lufthansa, London Stock Exchange, Santander, Schroders, Barclays, Dixons, Currys, The Link and Fitness First.

Sanju Mathew

Sanju Mathew is an Mtech Electronics graduate (Signal Processing and Bionics), Entrepreneur, Intel IoT Innovator and a speaker at National and International conferences on Bionics and IoT.

He is an Electronics Hardware Engineer, System
Architect and UI/UX designer by choice with over 7 years of experience in these fields. His work includes a Predictive Maintenance AI for Airports (Australia), Water Supply Automation system for star hotels (USA) and Laser Calibration unit for Spectroscopy
units (USA). 

His team built a Low Cost Bionic Hand for the disabled that focuses on modularity of sensors, custom designed feedback systems, powerful and low footprint microprocessor unit and a software architecture that makes use of Marketplace and
community driven app development. 

Projects realized by his team was invited twice as top 10 in the world by Intel and was invited to present it at Intel Developer Forum 2015 and 2016 at San Francisco, USA. His team was awarded the runners-up prize for Mastermind competition by Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam and was one of the winners for National Level Intel IoT Hackathon 2015. 

Martin Strube

Community & Cooperative Advisor

Martin has worked for over 30 years as a Co-operative Development professional, initially with various CD Agencies; currently through a small co-operative partnership where, among other things, he developed the “Democracy Audit”. He was a founder member of the first UK regional Co-operative Council, is well versed in company law, and has served on many company Boards.

He has also served on trust, school, and college Boards and on Trades Councils and has significant experience of the voluntary and community sector. Martin has worked, both directly and indirectly through Renaisi Consultants, for Local Authorities as Economic Development Officer, Community Engagement lead, Programme Manager and Senior Advisor.

He served The Co-operative Group at Area and Regional levels variously between 2011 and 2015, and is a member of Central England, Midcounties, and other co-operative societies. Martin currently runs his own businesses, working in co-operative development and ICT.

Claudette Tolentino

HR Executive

After a degree in Psychology, Claudette spent her 7+ career years as a professional recruiter for companies such as Accenture and Sitel. She has full cycle experience in staffing - resourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, negotiation and hiring. Claudette has been recruited for a variety of other tasks including customer service, administrative support, IT and sales staff requirements. She's very passionate in helping everyone she works with- from business partners, clients, colleagues to candidates.

Bernard Eng

Environment Consultant

Bernard was a green engineer in the chemical industry for 3 years. He has an MBA from Putra Business School and Professional CSR Manager qualification, He has since appointed as the Board of Trustees with the government to assist in Malaysia Low Carbon City Master Plan. As the chief of Eco Warriors, the organisation was awarded European Union Environment Sustainability Award in 2012. Bernard is now writing a book on ‘The Power of Green’ on eco-friendly, healthy and economically sustainable lifestyles.

Susan de Casanove

Founder

Susan spent 15 years leading an operations team to aid people through major emergencies whilst travelling, organising emergency medical care, travel evacuations and providing psychological support as required. And for the last 16 years she has been educating children, some with special needs and many more from less fortunate backgrounds. She has also enjoyed her animal welfare volunteer work and decided to create Edenlit to ensure more is done for challenged or underprivileged children to have better life chances. 

Lyubov Ibrahim

Head of Finance & Investments

With a degree in Economics (with Sociology) and a Masters in International Investment, Lyubov was project manager at the International Institute for Business and also worked with NGOs as Deputy Head of Finance at the Eurasia Foundation on social, green and economic programs. As CFO at firms such as Ipsos & ITIF Medical, Lyubov worked in the USA, Benelux, Russia and Ukraine within the IT, Market Research and Construction sectors. She herself has volunteered after her father served in the Red Cross. 

Vinshu Gupta

Blockchain Consultant

After a degree in IT, Vinshu became a hands on Blockchain developer on platforms such as Ethereum and Hyperledger. He has worked on several Blockchain projects including Asset Management, Proxy Voting and E-Wallet. He has also completed Blockchain Proof of Existence algorithm projects, Hyperledger development  and evaluated Hyperledger, Ethereum and Bitcoin platforms. He has sound knowledge of IBM Watson AI and performs full spectrum web development (MEAN STACK).

Kelsey Parker

Agricultural Environment Consultant

Kelsey has a degree in Environmental Science with specialisms in agriculture and natural resource management. She has since worked for the Canadian Government’s Department of Agriculture as well as gaining broad experience in both lab and field work, research and report writing across water quality, organic carbon management, disease patterns (in grain crops, plants and supporting insects), marked  public health exam papers and delivers Environmental presentations.

Terralynn Forsyth

Research Lead

Terralynn has a double major in Economics and International Relations and serves as Vancouver branch VP of the Canadian International Council. She founded and acted as Editor-in-Chief of a lead undergraduate Economics journal at the University of British Columbia and has served as Data Team Supervisor for the Canadian Red Cross as well as Research Assistant for the Vancouver School of Economics. Her specialisms include disruptive technology and its impact on the labor market and her Big Data skills include R and Python. 

Graham Tweddle

Business Development Manager

Graham has a lot of knowledge about technology, and it’s relevance to different businesses and industries . He has experience in start-up companies and start-up departments in large companies. He served as EMEA Managing Director at Mint and Informatica taking the former company to a trade-sale and help the latter through a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). He also has experience of working at larger companies such as Hewlett Packard and SAP. After Informatica Graham joined HP in their start-up Datawarehouse department selling Neoview to large companies such as Sainsbury and HSBC. Graham had the idea of targeting Teradata’s installed base.

After Hewlett Packard Graham joined Kognitio, a UK in memory database company and successfully sold the technology to BET 365, Moneysupermarket.com and British Telecom.

Finally Graham joined SAP in their start-up business HANA as a founding member of their Global Center of Excellence and successfully sold HANA to Burberry, BP and Shell to name just three companies. He also was sent to assist in HANA start-ups in regions such as China, Russia, Australia, Greece and the Czech Republic.

In his own time Graham enjoys travel, Golf, Flying and he also plays piano

Paul Bidwell

Head of Government Services

Paul started working life as apprentice engineer before going back to college while employed by HM Customs and Excise. It was during this time that IT was starting to become a cornerstone to supporting all back-office functions. Paul took his first step in IT that has led to over thirty years of experience working in the USA, Europe and the UK. 
 
Paul has worked for a variety of organisations within both the Private and Public Sectors such as Deloitte, ITT, BAA, Siemens, House of Fraser, Honeywell, Hamilton Avnet, TV South, Steria, Capita, Serco, EasyEverything, Department for Communities & Local Authorities, Norwich City Council and Kier. His work has been at senior management level covering many business disciplines and project management across a broad range of industries, including Local and Central Government, Retail, Finance and Logistics.
 
During his IT career Paul undertook many roles, from computer operator, software developer to business analyst, project manager and executive management. Paul has for over 20 years had management responsibility including full P&L for national and international teams to deliver successful and effective solutions. 

More recently Paul, as Client & Partnership Director has been responsible for delivery of Financial, HR, Payroll, FM and Adult Social Care services within the Public Sector, typically generating over £10m per annum revenues. Paul is a Local Town Councillor and Trustee for several local Charities

Caroline Ramsey

Head of Charity & NGO

Caroline has worked for Wiltshire and South Oxfordshire at senior levels. She began her career with the Metropolitan Police before joining the RAF where she served as a Flight Lieutenant, her profile making her the ideal choice as head of Overseas Security for the Prime Minister. Since leaving the RAF she has enjoyed an active life in local government serving as a Cabinet Officer on the local council and as Town Clerk for Carterton (Brise Norton).

More recently she has been maintaining an in depth understanding of the agencies and organisations that make up the South West. Establishing and maintaining contacts within other agencies including DEFRA, the NFU, ESRA, National and Regional Government and the EU. Using this knowledge to advise local communities and businesses on organisations, projects and initiatives that are instrumental in furthering business growth and development often assisting with grant applications and funding.
